MUGELLO CIRCUIT EVENTS
“Mugello never sleeps” is a cute slogan that has been accompanying for years the classic 3-day Moto GP at the Mugello Circuit, synonymous with great partying and engines roaring day and night.
Some people have thought to borrow the catchphrase and turn it into “Mugello never sleeps but always runs”.
These were the organizers of the 5th edition of the Mugello GP RUN. It’s a nice running race on the tongue of asphalt of the Mugello Circuit this year held on Sunday, January 2.
The event was also open to those who just wanted a different kind of outing inside the unusual backdrop of the Mugello Circuit.
The competitive footrace, however, included two rounds of the entire circuit, for a length of 10.490 km.
The competitive race was won by Jacopo Boscarini of Costa D’Argento Athletics with an excellent time.
..but more than reporting the records we are interested in bringing the beautiful atmosphere of celebration and joy that could be breathed in the circuit …
it was a beautiful event, enhanced by a nice winter day with a bright sun to illuminate a really nice setting such as that of the Mugello autodrome, a spectacular track all up and down at the foot of the Apennines.
