The same thing happened at the Mugello Moto GP in 2010. However, we must not get mad at him as today’s MotoGP requires the top psychophysical form.

Valentino is 38 years old and must always be ultra-trained to compete with much younger riders. Enduro, motocross, flat track and even bike increase mental concentration and fitness. Vinales has repeatedly stated that when he is not in motion he trains in the gym. Marquez dirt-track and bicycle, as well as Espargarò that loves the bike and Dovizioso likes scrambling. In short, no driver, outside the races, sits idly in his motorhome.
And here we are at the MotoGP of Aragon with Valentino Rossi surprising fifth place. Unfortunately, Dovizioso makes the season’s driest race and ends 7th. The standings now sees Marquez in the lead with 224 points. Dovizioso 16 points away then Vignales 196, Pedrosa to 170 and Rossi fifth with 157 points.
Personally I always hope in a miracle of the Divine Valentine. However I realize that the final victory now is between Marquez and Dovizioso. The first one with more chances over the latter. As an Italian you will understand that my cheering is all about Dovizioso and his Ducati even though I respect and admire the Spanish school very much.
